S&R Duncan Building Contractors Limited are a company with extensive experience in all aspects of the construction industry.

Formed in 2016, S&R Duncan Building Contractors Limited have been providing quality service in the Shetland isles for 6 years, but have many years experience between them before this.

We put a strong emphasis on building a personal rapport with our customers to enable us to match their requirements and ensure continuity of service.

We work throughout the Shetland mainland and the outer isles.

The majority of our work is in refurbishment, both commercial and domestic,
although our approach to business is to consider all projects with an open
mind and problem-solving attitude. We have fulfilled many projects over
the years that do not fit within the regular scope of 'building work.'

S&R Duncan provide a professional service, quality workmanship and value for money. Our core team has the flexibility and experience to undertake projects ranging from minor repairs and maintenance to major refurbishments, specialist projects and construction works.

In our ever-unpredictable and often extreme climate, we will respond as soon as is feasible to storm damage and water damage problems and without inflated charges, we consider all contracts on an equal basis without hidden charges or inflated rates.

We value our long-term customers but are always keen to establish new ones, whether to build a new home, or just put a shelf up.

We pride ourselves on quality workmanship and customer relations and endeavour to reflect this in every type of job we undertake. Our team of workers have all been chosen to comply with this approach to our business and we make a point of looking after our staff, so that they in turn will look after our customers.
